High staff ratio – one to one staff ratio with maximum two residents at any one time
Key-worker identified for each child to monitor the implementation if each child’s Intervention Plan
Psychology Service – training, consultation, intervention strategies and case supervision
Assessment and outcome measures for all placements
Multidiscipline Team consisting of social work, psychology, occupational therapy, nursing, art psychotherapy, play therapy, additional support from a nurse and dietician (Stage Two development – Equine Facilitated Learning) modalities.


Sensory Attachment Intervention – access to sensory room and regulating internal and external play areas, training and intervention
Just Right State Programme certified facilitator (sensory attachment intervention)
Therapeutic Crisis Intervention certified trainer and coordinator
Body Right Programme certified facilitator (age appropriate sexual violence and awareness programme)
Education – one to one tutoring with qualified teacher in classroom environment
Asdan – Alternative Education Programme
Equine Assisted Learning (Stage Two Service Development)
Outdoor pursuits/adventure center (off site)
Family contact supervision
Training/coaching workshops open to placing social workers and identified onward placements care providers
Post placement transition support (three months)
